A) EL-Earned leave(Work for  240 days in a year) (This can be en cashed or can be carried forward)
B) Paternity leave
C) CL-Casual leave
D)SL-Sick leave
E) ML-Maternity leave(80 days present for eligible ML leave)

QS) An employee takes 6 days leave out of 25 days.Calculate EL

=(25-6) =19 days
4 days the employee can take it as CL/SL
assume basic salary from Jan to Dec as below
Jan to May=10000*5=50000
June to Dec=12000*7=84000
                                Total=134000
134000/12=11166 PM
11166/30=327Per day
EL PAYMENT=327*15=5580 HAS TO BE PAID AS EL
